Registration will remain open for the upcoming school year until all spaces are filled.
Procedure for Enrollment
- For the 2024-25 school year, registration will be managed through Jovial. The application will open on https://www.jovial.org/ahcns/hello on February 10th for new families. Please fill out all the fields on the registration form, including information on which caregiver(s) will co-op in the classroom and emergency contact information. You will need a valid email address to complete the form. Please do not forget to sign and date the form. You will receive an automated email to confirm the submission with a link to use if changes need to be made. Once you have applied, you will receive an electronic bill for the non-refundable registration fee. The registration fee is $75 if submitted by April 30th (additional $30 for second child, $10 for third child, $160 maximum registration fee per family). If submitted on or after May 1st, the registration fee increase to $125. - In May, you will receive an enrollment packet on Jovial. Complete all the forms in the enrollment packet including all health forms for you and your child. Some forms will require completion by your child’s pediatrician and the parent’s doctor.
- A one-month tuition deposit (applied to the following May) will be due in late May. All enrollment forms will be due in mid-July. You will receive instructions in May regarding issues concerning the school, parent/guardian participation in the classrooms and family jobs.
Please note:
- Students who have registered in the spring for fall classes will receive forms in May, which will be due in mid-July.
- Students registering after the start of the school year may start immediately after all forms and payments have been completed.
- A child cannot begin school without all the necessary forms and payments.
All classes
- Children must be 2, 3, or 4 years old (for the 2, 3, or 4-year-old classes respectively) by September 1st of the school year in which they enroll.
- Children must be up-to-date on their immunizations. We cannot make exceptions for any reason, save for documented medical necessity.
- Children are not required to be toilet trained; however, if a child has frequent accidents while in underwear, the teacher may request that they come to school in disposable diapers or disposable training pants.
- All classes begin at 9:30am and end at 12:30pm. We offer an optional lunch bunch running from 12:30-1:30 M,W,F for Monkeys and Tigers if you would like to extend the day.
Tuition and Fees 2024-2025
We are offering different attendance options for 2024-2025. For each age, you can choose between two options for how many days, you would like your child to attend. The availability of 3-day Panda, 4-day Monkey and Tiger classes are dependent on sufficient enrollment.

Extended Hours and Lunch Bunch
Beginning with the 2024-25 school year, classes will run from 9:30-12:30. Students may opt to participate in lunch bunch running from 12:30-1:30, which will be held Mon/Wed/Fri with sufficient enrollment. Students can enroll in lunch bunch for as many days as they would like. The cost for lunch bunch is $12 per session. Students who sign up for six or more sessions in a month will be charged a discounted rate of $10 a session.
Schedule of Payment
Registration by April 30th
- $75.00 non-refundable registration fee
- One month’s tuition in advance, paid by June 1st before classes start and pays the tuition of the following May
Registration on or after May 1st
- $125.00 non-refundable registration fee
- One month’s tuition in advance, paid before your child can start attending classes, pays the tuition of the following May.
During School Year
- With your first month’s tuition, families will be billed a $150 enrichment fee. This is a one time fee to cover supplies, activities, and classroom needs. Each family will only pay $150 regardless of how many students they have enrolled in the program.
- Tuition will be billed by the first of every month, and is due no later than the 10th of the month.
- Any fees for after-school classes will be added to the bill.
