We’ve been having so much fun in our first month of Mini Movers classes! The Pandas, Monkeys, Lions, and Tigers were movin’ and groovin’ to music with egg shakers, scarves, bean bans and our big stretchy band. We’ve been learning about body parts and moving over, under, and through with obstacle courses and games like Frogs & Alligator. Farm to table right in our classroom: When we were at Sharp's at Waterford Farm last week we picked our own ears of popcorn. The Monkeys worked hard to free the kernels from the corn cobs (great fine motor practice) and then we used an air popper to make them into a delicious snack.
