🎨🦁 The Lions’ Den brought a colorful world to life! By mixing paints right in their hands and stamping vibrant handprints, our cubs discovered new colors. Later, we turned our artwork into fun color equations—like red + blue = purple—illustrating how colors combine to make something new. A perfect pair to our math lessons! 🍀🌈 It's March and so our Panda friends are exploring colors, rainbows, and a little St. Patrick’s Day magic!💚We discovered what happens when we mix blue and yellow together… it turns GREEN! The Pandas used droppers and spray bottles to mix the colors themselves. These tools helped them practice their fine motor skills and hand strength while carefully squeezing, spraying, and watching the colors blend together.Of course, we also added a sensory art experience with finger paint so the children could explore the colors using their hands. Roaring into a colorful start to March in The Lions’ Den! 🦁🌈📚This week, our cubs kicked off the new month with Seussian fun in honor of Read Across America Week! With silly rhymes, playful stories, and giggles galore, our Lions celebrated the joy of reading and let their imaginations run wild. 📖✨We also got busy brightening our classroom for St. Patrick’s Day by finger painting rainbows and creating shamrock suncatchers that now shine in our windows. 🌈☘️One of the biggest hits of the week was transforming our dramatic play area into an animal hospital!🐾 Our cubs brought in their stuffed pets from home and took on the role of veterinarians—making sure every furry patient was feeling better in no time. 🩺🧸And the fun continues next week… 👀Stay tuned as our cubs prepare for a mischievous leprechaun visit by designing a clever trap filled with gold!
